Anyone can get sweaty feet, regardless of the temperature or period. But teenagers and pregnant women are specifically prone because hormonal changes cause them to sweat more.
You’re also more prone to have foot perspiration if you’re on your own feet all day long, if you’re under a lot of stress or in case you have a medical condition called 腳臭, helping to make you sweat more than usual. Fungal infections, like athlete’s foot, can also bring about bad foot odour.
As outlined by podiatrist, Lorraine Jones, feet become smelly if sweat soaks into shoes plus they don’t dry before you put them on again.
Bacteria on the skin break down sweat mainly because it originates from the pores. A cheesy odour is released as being the sweat decomposes.
“The feet sweat into your shoes all day hence they get damp and bacteria start to grow. The bacteria continue to breed once you’ve taken your shoes off, especially if you place them in a dark cupboard. How you can treat smelly feet

Leave on the Hibiscrub for a couple of minutes, then wash it away.

Preventing smelly feet
Keeping feet fresh and sweet smelling is perhaps all to good personal hygiene and modifying your shoes regularly. To help keep feet fresh:
Never wear the same pair of shoes two days consecutively. Instead, wear different shoes on successive days so they have no less than twenty four hours to dry up.
Ensure teenage boys have two pairs of trainers in order that they don’t have to wear a similar pair for 2 or more consecutive days.
Wash and dry the feet daily and alter your socks (ideally wool or cotton, not nylon) one or more times every day.
