As the coordinator for a think tank which occurs to operate online, I am constantly speaking to innovators, inventors, and artistic geniuses regarding their ideas and latest new concepts. Now then, I will admit a few of these concepts are absolutely ridiculous, and completely laughable, but others do make lots of sense, and a number of them might even change the way we live. Often they solve the problem within our society or civilization, or they make an organization more efficient, or make our way of life little easier.
They are saying that; “necessity will be the mother of invention,” there may well be a great level of truth to that, at least from my own, personal observations and experiences. And each and every time we appear to have a difficulty, someone comes in addition to a solution, plus an invention or innovation to travel along with it. However, before they could place their invention towards the marketplace, they have to go and get Inventhelp Review. It’s amazing how much it costs to obtain a genuine patent filed, to accomplish the patent search, to fill in all the paperwork, and you then must wait.
We hear a lot within our society about “winning the long run” and all of that generally seems to strike a chord with America, we are saying yes, we would like to progress mankind, we wish our nation to become on the leading edge since we go into the future, so we want our innovators, entrepreneurs, and inventors to go available and get it done. Yes, that’s a noble calling, and I believe that Americans are prepared to answer that call. But it’s just ludicrous, and insane for all of us so they are jump through so many hoops, and to generate thousands of dollars to file a patent, those funds could be used designing their first prototype inside their garage.
It appears our society is busy crushing business entrepreneur, and taking part in crony capitalism for free political war chest credits through large corporate lobbyists. Our company is doing everything on earth to crush the little guy, then we are asking that middle-class, those producers to pay for more in taxes. Are you currently kidding me? Apparently not! Our company is led to believe that that’s the way to move our nation forward. I might say for you America – that it’s not.
Last month I read a very interesting article inside the LA times, inside the small enterprise section on July 11, 2011. The article was titled; “Patent Bill Creates Worry for Independent Inventors – US Legislation Would Change the System to Paper Those First to File Ideas,” by Cynthia’s Zwhalen. The content noted that the average patent took 33.9 months to achieve, which the Invent Help Patent Information and Trademark Office features a backlog at the time of May 2011 of 703,000, 175.
Those statistics are usually scary, a lot more scary compared to cost to submit an idea patent, by the time you obtain completed with the drawings, the patent search, the patent attorneys, and also the filing fees – basically, you’re easily taking a look at between 15,000 to 25,000 dollars. Without a patent someone will just rip you off, steal your idea, and mass produce it in China then market it all over the world. It doesn’t sound right to participate in a game that is certainly rigged.
Worse, there exists a terrible trouble with intellectual property being stolen from Americans. And in case we have been to win the future, we must protect ourselves, and we need a small amount of tea, and a little help from the government to visit on the market and allow us to. When you file a patent, it doesn’t mean anything, you still need to defend yourself, and hire lawyers to visit after anyone who tries to rip it off, which costs much more than filing a patent.
Not to mention the truth that if a Corporation has somehow violated Patent Your Idea, they could run you of cash, since they have in-house lawyers, until you finally have to give up. Which simply adds insult to trouble for the nearly 3 years it took to get your patent, and all sorts of the fee you’ve already set up front. The planet needs these inventions and innovations now, not just for renewable power, new transportation devices, and much better goods and services which are safer for that environment, but we also need that tznwus businesses can get started, and start hiring Americans, and acquire people returning to work.
The federal government says it’s working on the problem, and possibly it thinks it really is, however when I look back and scan the final decade, all I see are the problems that they’ve created with a massive bureaucracy that has gotten us to this point, rather than put us in the driver’s seat, to begin with. I would personally submit to you personally that everything most of these gentlemen are performing to fix the problem, isn’t working, so we could have been more satisfied with no of it, we need to have saved the amount of money. Please consider all of this and think onto it.
